  • Any complaints made are reviewed by a real person. 
  • We continuously monitor feedback, if we notice a professional is frequently receiving negative feedback or we have had a serious or concerning complaint about them, we’re not afraid to boot them from the platform. 
  • We provide a public review system to allow customers of Goodnest to see the reviews of others. Prior to this we had a private feedback system, with an option to make feedback public. We have published all feedback where a customer has allowed the feedback to be public, and have even included private feedback scores into the star rating of Pros.
