If you have a preference of which Pro you would like, we will do our best to get them assigned to the job. 

For Home Cleaning:

When you book a weekly or fortnightly job we will assign the same cleaner to all your future bookings. However,  there can be instances where a replacement cleaner may be required (for example, when your regular cleaner is sick). We will always be in touch to let you know if your cleaner is unable to make it. 

Regular cleaners are only for weekly or fortnightly recurring bookings. For one-off and monthly cleans, we cannot guarantee the same cleaner you had before. 

For Gardening:

When you book a repeating lawn or gardening job we will assign the same gardener to all your future bookings. However, there can be instances where a replacement gardener may be required. We will always be in touch to let you know if your gardener is unable to make it. 

For all other trades and services:

If you have a preferred Professional you have used before through Goodnest you can save them as a Favourite. This means if you book a new job and select them they will get first refusal for your job. We'll try our best to assign them, but there are no guarantees as our Professionals' schedules fill fast.
