Generally no. If you have obtained a customer through chatting with them on Goodnest, and paid an intro fee already, then they are your customer and you are free to work directly with them. 

One exception to that is if you have obtained a Home Cleaning or Lawn Mowing job through our recurring booking service (where you agree to a set time for the job). In this case you must continue to use the Goodnest invoicing and payment processing system.
