What do I do if my cleaner left before the allocated time ended?

Though we do our best to estimate the length of a job accurately there are often things we can't account for. 

If your cleaner has left your place and the job hasn't been finished then please make sure you rate them accordingly, then contact us so we can refund you for any unused time.

Please note that our Home Cleaning bookings are subject to a two hour minimum. If you think your cleaning duration needs to be changed for future cleans then you can do so here.
