While all Professionals agree to our Terms which includes them having the necessary experience and registration(s) to undertake your job, we always recommend asking the actual Pro onsite to provide evidence of their required registration before they begin the job.

You are within your right to ask for a Professional’s registration number to be able to look them up on the national database for electricians, plumbers, or qualified builders. If you are uncertain of how to do this, please get in touch so we can help you find the answers you need (and we may even have a record of their certification in our database).
