Many simple jobs have a response from a Pro within 24 hours. But please remember that most Pros are busy, so don’t fret if you haven't had a response that quickly.

 To maximise the chance of a swift response, please make sure you’ve added as much relevant detail as possible about the job (including photos). 

 If you still haven’t had any responses from a Pro within 72 hours, then please get in touch with us and we can look into it for you.

 You will receive email and text reminders if any Pros leave a quote or comment on your job. So you don’t need to continually check the site to see if there’s any progress.
