If you have a preference of which Pro you would like, we will do our best to get them assigned to the job.

When you book a weekly or fortnightly clean we will assign the same cleaner to all your future bookings. However,  there can be instances where a replacement cleaner may be required (for example, when your regular cleaner is sick). We will always be in touch to let you know if your cleaner is unable to make it. 

Regular cleaners are only for weekly or fortnightly recurring bookings. For one-off and monthly cleans, we cannot guarantee the same cleaner you had before.
